Domain owners may have received a letter in the mail from what looks like a legitimate Canadian Domain Registration Company. However, if you did not purchase your domain name from them you should not be renewing with them. You probably purchased your domain name online from a reputable web host or registrar and that's where you should be renewing it. If you respond to the phony domain renewal request from anyone else they will transfer the registration to their company and charge you a higher fee for the renewal. Not a good idea.
