The Drupal and Joomla content management systems can be combined with CiviCRM , a new open-source member and contribution management component that contains CiviContribute, CiviMail, CiviEvent and CiviMember. Both content managements systems and the CiviCRMmodules can be used to create bilingual or multilingual sites. The control panel can be set up in any language. Once the membership CMS is set up for you, kWEBdesign does not charge any monthly or annual licence fees.
